Hi everyone,

Not long now to wait till tonight’s programme, BBC Young Butcher of the Year. We are all really excited but bit nervous about seeing ourselves on TV. Worried I might look a bit of a dingbat!

Busy doing all the usual Monday morning jobs, and a few extra, for the onslaught tomorrow!
