BBC Young Butcher of the Year 2009 Trophy awarded to Jim Sutcliffe

Hope you all managed to catch BBC Young Butcher of the Year last night, I watched it from behind a cushion, bit like Dr Who! I thought they did a really good job of editing it, still plenty of bits that made me cringe! Hope everyone enjoyed it and I look forward to hearing what you think, if you fancy watching it again it is available on iplayer. For now its back to work for me, the empty trays in the shop window call!
