Hi all,
Just finished one of busiest Saturdays ever!! Been one long queue all day! The goat sausages didn’t last very long! Sold out just after eleven o’clock!
Also just launched our new pies, we are doing two fillings, Beef Bourguignon and Steak and Lincolnshire ale. I decided that it was silly to compete with everyone else making everyday pies so we should do special pies for entertaining or special family meals. So our new pies are made to order in stoneware pie dishes, they look fabulous!
I have a Chine Night (Like a cold buffet but with Lincolnshire Stuffed Chine) at the Newmarket Inn tonight so have to get everything ready for that now.

Hi Jim just to say congratulations on your young butcher of the year success you deserve it, your help with our barn dance pork was exceptional.
We didn’t realise you had gone in for it and found the i player show (really interesting ) when looking at details for your online shop as we want to order some meat in December lol congrats again. Linda & Mike
